1. Overview
The Rational Path is a digital course offered by Rick Urbanski ("we", "us"). By purchasing access, you agree to these terms.
2. Purchase and access
The course is available as a one-time payment of $249 USD. After payment, you receive lifetime access to the course content, including any future updates. Access is personal and non-transferable.
3. Payment and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Stripe handles all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) depending on your location. The price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes.
4. 30-day refund guarantee
If the course is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email rick@rationalpath.co and we will process your refund promptly.
5. Intellectual property
All course content — text, visuals, tools, worksheets, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Rick Urbanski. You may use the content for personal development. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of course materials is not permitted.
6. Account and data
You are responsible for the email address associated with your account. Your worksheet data and course progress are stored securely and can be deleted on request. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they offer greater protection.
